West Indian Day Parade 2016
Scores of UFT marchers, resplendent in bright red T-shirts, added to the color and vibrancy of the exotic costumes that are the hallmark of the annual West Indian Day Parade. Thousands lined the parade route along Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn on Sept. 5 to enjoy and join in the celebration of Caribbean culture.
