UFT’s new TV ad sets the record straight on Cuomo's education agenda

Press Releases

With Gov. Andrew Cuomo continuing to push his test-obsessed education plan, the UFT launched an ad campaign on April 21 to remind New Yorkers of how out of step Cuomo is on the education issues they care about.

The ad sets the record straight on Gov. Cuomo’s damaging education agenda.

The 30-second spot is part of a multi-million dollar statewide ad campaign that will kick off in the New York City Metro area on April 21 and the rest of the state on April 22.

The ad will run on major broadcast and cable news programs as well as on some of television’s most popular shows including: “Scandal,”  the finale of “The Americans,” “American Crime,” “The Blacklist,” “Mad Men,” “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and Major League Baseball – both the Yankees and the Mets.

Shorr Johnson Magnus Strategic Media produced the ad.
