The city Office of Labor Relations remains closed, and its staffers are working remotely due to the pandemic. The office is unable to process the Medicare Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA) submissions mailed to the office.

The 2019 IRMAA was calculated using the same information as your 2018 IRMAA. As a result, some members may not have received the correct reimbursement. At a later date, the city will recalculate and reimburse those members for the difference.

Any member who sent in the 2019 IRMAA forms via regular mail may resubmit them online.
