Full time therapists who work the full summer program accrue one day of sick leave for each month worked, one for July and one for August. Only one excused absence can be taken without a medical note. If two self-treated absences are taken one will result in a pay deduction. Unused sick time earned in the summer program will be accredited to the therapist's regular sick leave bank.

Part-time therapists continue to accrue one hour of sick leave for every 20 hours worked in the summer activity.
