- A Registered Nurse shall have the opportunity to enter written comments on her/his annual performance evaluation. Upon request, the Employee shall be given a copy of the annual evaluation.
- Registered Nurses shall have access to their personnel files. Within a reasonable time after a written request is received, a Registered Nurse will be allowed to review the contents of the Personnel Department's record of her/his employment in the presence of a personnel department staff member. The only material that will be withheld from the Registered Nurse's review is employment references given to the Employer as privileged and confidential. The Registered Nurse may make comments on the contents of the file on a separate piece of paper and these comments shall become a permanent part of that file.
