UFT President Michael Mulgrew visited with members at the co-located PS 152 and PS 315 in Midwood, Brooklyn, on Nov. 13. Mulgrew then stopped by the PS 152 Annex — for pre-K–1 students, several blocks away — where he visited classrooms and spoke with teachers.

UFT Manhattan Parent Conference 2015

Scores of Manhattan parents, grandparents and legal guardians gathered on Nov. 14 at a UFT-sponsored conference for parents at the union’s Manhattan headquarters. Workshops focused on skills parents can use as community activists as well as to sharpen their parenting skills and personal organization abilities.
