A+ courses can earn you more money

Teachers can now earn their MA+30 salary differential by taking new A+ courses designed specifically to support what teachers do every day in their classrooms. The courses are accessible and affordable.

Salary

UFT-represented employees receive regular pay increases negotiated in each Department of Education-UFT contract as well as differentials, step payments and longevity increases based on level of education and years of service.
