Judge puts Aetna plan on hold pending court review

There has been an update on the implementation of the Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO plan. The plan was slated to go into effect on Sept. 1, but that date is now on hold pending a court review. That means for now, nothing changes. Retiree health care plans and benefits remain the same. We will keep members updated as things progress. See the MLC statement on the court's decision
