- Work schedules shall continue to be posted by the Employer in accordance with its current practice.
- When primary case managers are absent, daily coverage assignments shall be made on an equitable rotating basis among the Registered Nurses who have completed at least four (4) months of employment with the Employer, pursuant to the monthly CM Coverage Tracking Grid, except that members of Specialty Teams shall continue to cover each other on an equitable rotating basis. The coverage rotation shall be posted continuously.
- The CM Coverage Tracking Grid shall be available for review by the Registered Nurses and the Union.
- The Employer will continue, whenever possible, to consider the location of scheduled field visits, among other factors, in making assignments to Registered Nurses.
