The Union’s Local Representatives will meet on at least a quarterly basis with the Vice President, Human Resources to discuss matters of mutual concern. The specific agenda items shall be submitted to the Employer at least one week in advance of the scheduled meeting date. If the Chapter Leader and Vice President agree that matters of concern are insufficient to justify a scheduled meeting, then any agenda items shall be deferred to the next regularly scheduled Joint Labor-Management Committee meeting. Committee members will be released from their normal work obligations to participate in such meetings, without loss of pay. Participation may be in person or by telecommunication, if facilities permit.
