Get Involved
High school paraprofessionals had an opportunity to meet union leaders, including UFT President Michael Mulgrew, at a meet-and-greet gathering at union headquarters on April 30. The paras received answers to their questions about certification and licensing, Welfare Fund benefits, health and safety, and the Dial-A-Teacher homework helpline and the chance to network among themselves.
