How does the mail order program work?
For maintenance drugs (taken on a long-term basis), you should use the mail order program. By doing so, you will only pay two co-pays for a three-month supply. Mail the original prescription along with a completed order form to Medco by Mail. The Medco by mail order forms and postage-paid envelopes are posted online and are also available from your chapter leader or from Medco. Medco contact information is on your Medco member card.
