Philadelphia Flower Show SOLD OUT!
The annual Philadelphia Flower Show is on Saturday, March 7, 2015. This year’s theme is Lights, Cameras, BLOOM! The concept is the magic of the movies as envisioned by Hollywood. Expect fanciful floral exhibits with a theatrical flair. Visit the famous Reading Terminal Market for lunch. The UFT package is $65 per person and includes round trip motor coach, driver’s gratuity and your ticket to the flower show. Golden Dragon acrobats
The Golden Dragons of the People's Republic of China combine spectacular costumes, theatrical techniques and award-winning acrobats to present a show of breathtaking skill and spellbinding beauty. FDR's Hyde Park
Our time spent in Hyde Park, NY on Saturday, May 16 will include a guided tour of Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s home, Springwood, and admission to the only presidential library used by a sitting president. It was conceived and built under FDR’s personal supervision and opened in 1941. Val-Kill, our next stop, was Eleanor Roosevelt’s cottage and the only National Historic Site dedicated to a first lady. Our 45-minute guided tour includes a short film on her unique contributions. Dinner at Shadows on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie features fine dining with a spectacular view of the waterfront. Pickup in Manhattan will be promptly at 7 a.m. and in Queens at 8 a.m.; we will return to Queens at 8 p.m. and Manhattan at 8:30 a.m., depending on traffic. Your UFT package of $89 per person (add $1 to total order) includes round-trip coach transportation, all admissions, guides, tours and dinner. It does not include tips to the driver or snacks. Charlottesville, VA and the Shenandoah Valley
Join UFT members, family and retirees on a three-night, four-day trip through Charlottesville, Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley Aug. 10–13. Our tour guide offers a new perspective on Thomas Jefferson as he guides you through Monticello, Mulberry Row and the Jefferson cemetery. The Women of the House tour features Dolley Madison and four of her contemporaries who founded and farmed Montpelier and later fought for freedom. A trip to the Frontier Culture Museum lends a living perspective to those who migrated to the colonies from England, Ireland, Germany and West Africa and the lives they built here.

UFT Defensive Driving Course
A driving course that can save you money and maybe your life!
For credit you must attend one full-day course or both parts of a two-session course, in sequence (if you miss the first class you cannot take the second). Limit: 40 students.

Refunds can only be given during the current school year that original request was submitted. Discount movie tickets
PRICE CHANGES IN EFFECT AT UA/REGAL! UA/Regal has discontinued their restricted VIP $7.50 tickets in favor of an unrestricted Premium $9 ticket.
PRICES ON AMC/LOEW’s TICKETS HAVE ALREADY INCREASED! AMC discontinued the restricted Silver tickets that we sold for $7.50. If you have any remaining Silver tickets, they are still accepted at the box office. The UFT ran out of inventory of these tickets and we are now selling only the unrestricted Gold tickets at $9 each.
