Online CPR course will not count toward certificationThe American CPR Care Association online course will not be accepted by the Office of School Health for CPR/AED certification. Since this course does not include practical applications or skills, it will not be accepted toward our certification requirement. Additionally, you will not be reimbursed for this course. Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the School Nurses section of the UFT website. This section will help to improve the timeliness of communication to make our chapter more efficient in addressing any issues. Please check back regularly for updates, which will help answer some of the questions that you may have.
In addition, please take a few moments to complete an online survey so that we can work together to keep our chapter strong.
If you haven’t already, I’d like to urge you again to sign up to make sure you get the latest news and information from both the School Nurses Chapter and the UFT. It’s important because virtually all of the union’s communications are by e-mail only; if you’re not signed up, you will miss important news and information.
