UFT President Michael Mulgrew joined Retired Teachers Chapter members at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, J.J., for the 25th Annual Luncheon on Oct. 26. Members also heard from Gerri Herskowitz, the director of Retiree Programs, and Sandra March, the UFT liaison to the RTC.
