Cascade: Rules for excessing clinicians from schools

Psychologists and Social Workers will be grouped together for the purpose of excessing when they are providing a related service.

The cascade would be as follows:

1. regularly appointed guidance counselors
2. regularly appointed psychologists and social workers
3. teacher on waiver to be guidance counselor
4. teacher on waiver to be psychologist or social worker
5. substitute guidance counselor
6. substitute psychologist or social worker

*Excessing is in reverse order 6-5-4-3-2-1*

It is understood that no clinicians will be excessed from a school if that will leave students unserved or underserved.
