Courses & Training

The Provider Professional Education Program (PPEP) offers early childhood providers and teachers engaging learning opportunities, regulatory-compliant training and CTLE-earning professional development. Our unique, multifaceted approach to adult learning offers research-based and engaging topics focused on reinforcing culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate practice within nurturing environments to the city's youngest learners.
Our provider offerings include state-mandated courses for providers to receive or renew a license, and classes in CPR, first aid/AED, health and safety. We also offer specialized cohort curriculum courses in literacy, math, science, social-emotional development and multicultural approaches to early learning. We also offer comprehensive courses for early childhood professionals interested in earning their Child Development Credential (CDA).
