In this two-day summer institute, K-12 educators will examine the Culturally and Historically Responsive Education framework. Participants will consider how genius and joy are embedded into daily instruction in alignment with the Next Generation Learning Standards. Four CTLE hours will be credited upon completion of this course.

Opportunities will be provides for participants to explore strategies and scaffolds that support student success in the classroom and beyond.
