Retired Teachers Chapter No Kings Rally

The UFT Retired Teachers Committee has a long history of activism and union involvement. Our current retiree committees are continuing this tradition. See descriptions of each committee below and sign up online to join us.

The RTC Health Care Committee keeps UFT retirees informed and engaged on issues relating to their medical benefits and overall well-being. Our goal is for retirees to have a clear voice on these crucial issues.

The Labor Solidarity Project connects retirees to the larger labor movement by supporting workers in action. Members attend rallies, picket lines and other events to stand with fellow unionists in the name of our shared values of fairness, dignity and solidarity. It’s a way for retirees to stay active with the labor causes they’ve championed throughout their careers. Learn more about our work »
