Reimbursement for health plans
Get reimbursed for up to 100% of the out-of-pocket premium costs of your qualified NY State of Health Marketplace health plan.
Who qualifies?
Providers who pay an out-of-pocket premium for a health insurance plan purchased on the NY State of Health Marketplace.
Who does not qualify?
- Providers who do not pay an out-of-pocket premium for health insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Essential Plans)
- Providers who have private insurance (e.g. through a partner's employer)
- Providers whose NY State of Health health plan is in someone else's name other than their own (e.g. a spouse or domestic partner's).
How much reimbursement is available?
Up to 100% of your out-of-pocket premium expenses, while funds last (first come, first served).
How does it work?
- Enroll in the free Provider Wellness program on our website.
- Submit proof of payment for your qualified health plan.
- Receive reimbursement by check or direct deposit once per quarter.=
