Online enrollment for UFT Welfare Fund
UFT members can enroll online with the UFT Welfare Fund. You must be logged into the UFT website to access this online form. If you do not have an account, you must create one.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have ever been enrolled in the UFT Welfare Fund under a previous job title, you have to re-enroll with a paper enrollment form. You can get this form by calling the UFT Welfare Fund at 212-539-0500 or visiting us at UFT headquarters, 52 Broadway, 7th floor, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m to 6 p.m.
Did you get your MBF refund?
Because you have changed over from the Management Benefits Fund to the UFT Welfare Fund, you no longer require the GHI prescription rider. MBF stopped deducting for this rider from your paycheck as of Nov. 18, 2016.
However, the system still owed you a refund from the effective date of the change to the UFT Welfare Fund, which is Oct. 1, 2016. The DOE informed us this refund was in your Dec. 2 paycheck. Please review your pay stub from that date to make sure you received this refund. If you did not receive a refund, please contact me at email@example.com.

Transition from MBF to UFT Welfare Fund: Questions or concerns about your transition from the Management Benefits Fund to the UFT Welfare Fund can also be submitted to us through the inquiry form on the Administrative Education Analysts and Officers page on the UFT website.
