Navigating Stress Part 2: Conflict, Resolution and Communication - Session 4

Date
December 8, 2026
Time
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Stress is a natural and valid emotion — but when it goes unaddressed, it can impact our relationships, our health, our behavior, and how we see ourselves. This four-part series breaks stress management into digestible, supportive stages. Across each group cycle, participants will explore the roots of their stress, build practical tools to navigate it, and deepen their understanding of how stress shows up in both the mind and body.

Each 4-week group can be attended on its own or as part of the full series.

Stress often arises in relationships — with partners, family, coworkers, or even ourselves. This group explores how to navigate interpersonal tension more effectively. You’ll learn tools for assertive communication, setting boundaries, and de-escalating conflict, all while staying grounded in your values and emotional awareness.
