As a state-approved provider of Continuing Education hours for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Psychologists and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), the LearnUFT program offers low-cost professional learning opportunities specifically designed to meet our members’ needs. This workshop explores practical strategies for managing cognitive load, sustaining focus, and aligning personal energy with professional demands. Participants will examine the relationship between executive function, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention, gaining tools for sustainable productivity and self-trust.
