UFT members and their households are invited to a fun-filled day of excitement and community! Enjoy music, bounce houses, slides, indoor zip lining, face painting, raffles and delicious food. Newer to the UFT? Join us for an all division outing to socialize, network and enjoy beautiful views in Snug Harbor — an 83-acre historic campus in Staten Island, now a vibrant arts center and Smithsonian affiliate. This exclusive event is hosted by the UFT Elementary Schools division along with the Member Assistance Program for all our newer members.

Earn four hours of CTLE credit with the UFT Teacher Center. This session for teachers and paraprofessionals is designed to strengthen K-12 science and engineering instruction using the Next Generation Science Standards, which focus on real-world applications of science concepts. Through discussions, practice and grade-level examples, participants will learn to support their students as they investigate the world around them. 

Whether you're new to union organizing or refining your approach, this series is an opportunity to connect with other UFT members, gain new ideas and leave ready to build high participation in your chapters.
