The UFT Member Assistance Program offers Seasonal Self-Care Support Groups once or twice a year to support members in slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting with their well-being. Designed with educators in mind, this group explores different dimensions of self-care each week, offering practical strategies, guided reflection, and support from licensed clinicians. Members are welcome to attend the full series or join individual sessions that align most with their needs. Whether you’re looking to rest, reset, or grow, this group provides a supportive space to nurture your wellness and carry sustainable self-care practices into the seasons ahead.
