In this workshop for UFT paraprofessionals working in Queens, registrants will examine functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and the data collection processes that support them. Participants will learn the purpose and components of FBAs and BIPs, and explore the procedures for developing them. Attendees will also learn how to effectively monitor progress and use data to better support the students we serve.
