Staten Island UFT members are invited to learn the history of mozzarella cheese from the master himself, Chef Joe, owner of Best Mozz on Staten Island. Best Mozz is a vendor service specializing in delivering fresh mozzarella, burrata and ricotta. Chef Joe will give us a hands-on lesson on how to make homemade mozzarella. The best part of the workshop is that you can eat what you make! Refreshments will be served, and we will have raffles with prizes.

The cost to attend is $25.
