Whether you're new to union organizing or refining your approach, this series is an opportunity to connect with other UFT members, gain new ideas and leave ready to build high participation in your chapters.

In this immersive four-session course, you will learn how to:

• Communicate with members to build trust and collective power.
• Plan strategically and build organizing campaigns.
• Identify and develop leaders within your chapter
• Engage with and form relationships in the community beyond your chapter.

If you attended chapter leader training in 2024 or 2026, or were in cohort 1 of last year’s Summer Organizing Academy, this series is not intended for you. Stay tuned for new organizing training sessions. Dates will be released soon!
