Time
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Join Lexi Mulee, LMHC-D, founder of Wise Mind Counseling, DBT therapist, speaker, and author of DBT Made Doable, for an engaging two-hour exploration of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This presentation moves beyond stereotypes to offer a clear, compassionate look at what BPD can actually look like in everyday life. Participants will learn about common symptoms and diagnostic criteria, unpack myths and misconceptions, and explore how stigma can affect individuals living with BPD.

Drawing from her experience as a DBT therapist, Lexi will help participants build a more nuanced understanding of BPD while offering a practical, human-centered lens for recognizing and responding to the challenges associated with the diagnosis. This workshop is $10 for UFT members and $30 for non-members to attend, and registrants will earn two Continuing Education credits upon completion.
