Chancellor’s Day Professional Development for Paraprofessionals

Register for the UFT Paraprofessionals Chapter's annual Chancellor's Day professional development. We'll have two CTLE workshops, worth a total of four credits, covering topics like practical ENL strategies and transitioning from early reading foundations into more advanced reading skills. This is a great chance to hone your pedagogical skills, earn free CTLE credits and network with your colleagues.

Workshop session one is from 9 to 11 a.m. 
Workshop session two is from noon to 2:30 p.m.

Workshop topics: 

• Paraprofessionals blending across the grades: from early readers to adolescent learners (two CTLE hours)
• Empowering paraprofessionals: practical ENL strategies for supporting multilingual learners (two CTLE hours)
