Navigating Stress Part 1: Understanding Our Stress (Session 4)
Stress is a natural and valid emotion — but when it goes unaddressed, it can impact our relationships, our health, our behavior, and how we see ourselves. This four-part series breaks stress management into digestible, supportive stages. Across each group cycle, participants will explore the roots of their stress, build practical tools to navigate it, and deepen their understanding of how stress shows up in both the mind and body. Each 4-week group can be attended on its own or as part of the full series.
Before we can manage our stress, we need to understand it. This group focuses on helping participants recognize what stress is, where it comes from, and how it functions in our lives. Through reflection and discussion, you’ll begin to identify your personal triggers, emotional patterns, and the underlying experiences that shape your relationship with stress.
