Brooklyn parents and caregivers are invited to register for a parent summit focused on leadership and community engagement. We will introduce and explain concepts related to parent power within the DOE, such as school leadership teams and parent teacher associations.

Earn four hours of CTLE credit with the UFT Teacher Center. This session for teachers and paraprofessionals is designed to strengthen K-12 science and engineering instruction using the Next Generation Science Standards, which focus on real-world applications of science concepts. Through discussions, practice and grade-level examples, participants will learn to support their students as they investigate the world around them.
