Robert “Bob” Kahn was a UFT member for 50 years, most recently as a programmer at George Westinghouse HS in Brooklyn.

Sharyn Levine

Sharyn Levine was a loyal UFT member for 36 years, teaching language arts first at the Arthur S. Somers MS in Brooklyn and then at IS 75 on Staten Island.

Richard Quarto

Richard Quarto taught social studies for 36 years, most recently at IS 73 in Queens.

Perdita Harrington

Perdita Harrington was a UFT member for 18 years, most recently as a paraprofessional at PS 308 in Brooklyn.

Lennie (Atlantic) Brice

Lennie Brice was an elementary school teacher, including at PS 30 in Manhattan, and a UFT member for 26 years. After retiring in 1993, she continued to work as a substitute teacher for a decade, from 2001-2011, in Harlem and also in Englewood and Teaneck in New Jersey. She was a strong advocate for children everywhere and for the Harlem community.
