Bronx Parent Conference 2019

Bronx parents, grandparents, guardians and education activists came to the UFT Bronx borough office on Nov. 9 for the 10th annual UFT Bronx Parent Conference to learn about how to advocate for their families and public schools.

Mulgrew visits PS 277, the Bronx

UFT President Michael Mulgrew met with the staff at PS 277, a Bronx Plan school, to assure them that the union has a dedicated team for Bronx Plan schools and is committed to giving them the necessary support to meet the needs of their students.

Parents get into the spirit

UFT members at PS 536 in the Bronx marked Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Oct. 16 with an event designed to keep their school family and extended family in the pink of health.
