Preapproved SBOs for the 2021-22 school year

• In an elementary school, a 6-hour and 50-minute school day with 7 periods
• In an elementary school, a 6-hour and 50-minute school day with 8 periods
• A 6-hour and 50-minute school day with 30 minutes every day for common planning, professional learning and office hours
• In middle and high schools, a 6-hour and 50-minute school day
• Using the 155 minutes before school in an 80/75 configuration
• Using the 155 minutes after school in an 80-40-35 configuration
• Using the 155 minutes after school in an 100-55 configuration
• Reconfiguring faculty and grade conferences

Session time/school time reconfiguration (Article 6)

• In a single-session school, start the school day before 8 a.m.
• In a single-session school, end the school day after 4 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays or 3:45 Wednesday through Friday
• In a multi-session high school, hold faculty and grade conferences during the school day
• In a multi-session high school, hold faculty and grade conferences remotely
• In an elementary school, change from a 7-period day to an 8-period day
• In a multi-session, District 75 or District 79 school, create the pilot workday

Parent-teacher conferences and calendar changes (Article 6)

• In single-session schools, move the evening conferences to the same day as afternoon conferences

• In single-session schools, change the date of the September conference (only to another date in September)
• In single-session schools, change the date of the May conference (only to another date in May)
