Each September, your chapter leader notifies the union about each class over the contractual class size limits. If your class exceeds the maximum number of students permitted, notify your chapter leader immediately. If you receive additional students during the year that put your class size over the contractual limit notify your chapter leader at the time as well. The union goes to arbitration regarding each school that has oversized classes.
