Social workers and psychologists are invited to register for this UFT Member Assistance Program (MAP) workshop on managing stress-related anxiety at work. This presentation will explore the relationship between work stressors and anxiety and offer tools to help employees navigate both. Discussion topics will include tips on how to manage relationships in the stressful environment of the workplace.

  • Earn two CE hours by completing this course. 
  • After you've attended and evaluated the course, you will receive a signed certificate of completion via email.
  • The union will keep track of your accumulated continuing education credits for as long as 7 years.
  • Registration is required. Enrollment is limited, and classes fill up quickly.
  • All fees are non-refundable. Please ensure your internet connection is secure and your computer is properly set up for Zoom access.
