Lennie (Atlantic) Brice
Lennie Brice was an elementary school teacher, including at PS 30 in Manhattan, and a UFT member for 26 years. After retiring in 1993, she continued to work as a substitute teacher for a decade, from 2001-2011, in Harlem and also in Englewood and Teaneck in New Jersey. She was a strong advocate for children everywhere and for the Harlem community.

Anthony Pollice, known to many as Frank, was a social studies teacher at JHS 115 and JHS 143 in Washington Heights for 34 years.

Amy Sims served as a UFT chapter leader at City College Academy of the Arts in Manhattan for seven years.

Norman Pape
Norman Pape began teaching in 1962 at PS 99 in Manhattan and retired from Manhattan’s Academy of Environmental Science in 1996.
