Managing Anger

The pressures of everyday life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and angry at times. While anger is a natural emotion, if left unresolved, it can feel like a volcano erupting inside you and can lead to alienation from friends, colleagues and loved ones. In this 3-week group you will learn to identify emotional triggers that can make us feel angry, and healthy coping skills to manage those feelings. 

Winter & Spring 2024 sessions: 

  • Wednesdays: Jan. 24, 31, Feb. 7, 14 from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Mondays: March 11, 18, 25, from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m
